Introduction
------------


Insert cuts into your plan shifted by some desired amount.

This script will insert the cuts in your plan shifted by the amount
desired into the open edit object  (or prompt you to open one if one is
not available).  This is commonly used when the user wants to see the
cuts above or below the level being worked on for reference when in 2D
mode.
